Chelsea ‘want to sell’ Borussia Dortmund loanee Ian Maatsen, according to fresh reports in the media

His performances for the German side has meant that they are very keen on making his move a permanent one – but there are also a section on CHELSEA fans that want the club too bring him back to Stamford Bridge.

Dortmund do not have an option to buy Maatsen has part of their loan agreement with Chelsea, meaning that the two clubs will need to negotiate a fee for the Dutchman this summer.
