Chelsea hold transfer talks, could complete signing of 16-goal star THIS WEEK!
It has been revealed that CHELSEA could complete the FREE signing of Jonathan David this week now that the transfer window has been opened early for clubs to make some early signings before the club world cup.
The Canadian forward has emerged as a potential transfer target for The Blues over the past few months, as Chelsea will be desperate to add a new striker to that attack in the next couple of transfer windows
Viktor Gyokeres and Victor Osimhen are two other players that Chelsea are reportedly interested in – but David would represent a cheaper alternative to the other two as his contract is comin to an abrupt end and the Blues could land him for a bargain in the coming days.
Now reports on the Sun website have claimed CHELSEA are now free to hold talks with the player and tempt him to the Premier League with an offer that would trump the likes of Liverpool and Tottenham, who are also interested in a deal for the striker.

The Blues will need to make sure that they sign players that can make an immediate impact – big named players that will send a message to the rest of the Premier League – David is very good.
It will be very interesting to see just who Chelsea try and sign in the summer window – but we do believe that David is not the answer to the clubs problems as he does have the potential to be a great striker, but is not right for the Blues.
He has the movement and energy that Enzo Maresca wants in that attack – and for nothing he would be a real bargain.
If CHELSEA seriously want to sign Jonathan David – then now is the best time to get a transfer deal done for the player – there may not be another chance for the Blues
