Chelsea fans stunned as Abramovic tells PSG and Real Madrid £133 million will get Kante deal done

Shock reports have claimed Chelsea will demand around £133 million for star man N’Golo Kante, according to reports from Spain.

The world class midfielder has fully established himself as the best holding midfielder in world football since his move to Stamford Bridge, and has become an integral part of the Blues starting eleven.

However, there has been some speculation in the media over the last few days which have suggested he could depart the club and head to either PSG or Real Madrid, who are both keen to acquire his services in a summer revamp.

And according to Don Balon, Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has told both clubs just how much Kante will cost this summer, with the Russian billionaire reportedly demanding €150m (£133m) to part with their star midfielder.

It is a hefty price that many clubs would baulk at, but both Madrid and PSG are two of the richest clubs in world football and are just two of a handful of clubs that could afford such a big price tag.

However, both sides are reportedly hoping to land him for half that price by offering midfielder Mateo Kovacic and Adrien Rabiot as a makeweight in a swap deal.

Chelsea have been linked with Madrid ace Kovacic for some time, while Rabiot is seen as the ideal replacement for the departing Willian, who is reportedly all set for a move to Manchester United.

Kante leaving the club could signal the end of Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois time at the club too, as both players have hinted they are also ready to jump ship and leave Stamford Bridge.
