Chelsea news: Midfielder confirms £54M stars deal is done – ‘will arrive tomorrow’ will do ‘great things’

Ruben Loftus-Cheek has revealed that Chelsea star Christian Pulisic will be joining him at AC Milan this week.
CHELSEA now face the prospect of trimming Mauricio Pochettino’s squad ahead of next season and Pulisic is among the players who have been linked with a move away this summer.
The American star was hailed as the next big thing during his time with Borussia Dortmund – but it has not worked out for him at Chelsea and he is now being linked with a move away.
The USA star scored 11 goals in his first season at Chelsea but his contributions have gradually fallen away since then, with Pulisic starting just eight league games last term.
WHAT HAS HAPPENED –
Milan are believed to have agreed a £18.8million ($24.1million) fee with CHELSEA , staving off competition from Lyon, with personal terms also said to be finalised.
Now – Loftus-Cheek has revealed that Pulisic will be joining the Italians this week – he was quoted on the SUN: “Christian Pulisic will arrive in Milano tomorrow. I spoke to Chris, he’s gonna do great things here at Milan”.
WILL THIS BE A GOOD MOVE FOR PULISIC?
There is no doubt that Pulisic has alot of talent – but he simply is not a CHELSEA player and cannot get his best football at Stamford Bridge.
It would be the right decision to move on. Milan are still a massive club and the fact Seria A is a bit slower than the Premier League – it is a very good move for the American.
It is just a shame that we never got to see the best of the American – he could have been a really big superstar for the Blues.
