Chelsea offer £60M to sign £500k-a-week star in headline-statement move
CHELSEA have reportedly decided that they will make a £60 million offer to try and sign Brazilian star Neymar in the summer window.
Mauricio Pochettino is a man that will be heading to the club over the next few weeks after agreeing to take over from caretaker boss Frank Lampard – who will depart the club.
Neymare has been a player that has been heavily linked with a stunning move to Stamford Bridge – with reports suggesting that he is a player that Pochettino would like to add to his side.
PSG attempted to sell Neymar last summer but were unable to find a buyer for the Brazil international, who also wanted to stay at the French club.
However, ESPN reports that Neymar has changed his stance ahead of the summer window and is now keen on a move away from PSG.
It’s understood that Neymar’s preference would be to join a club in the Premier League and would not play for another team in La Liga due to his time at Barcelona.
Now, According to El Nacional, Chelsea are looking to offer a fee of £60m for the arrival of PSG winger Neymar next season.

Neymar is still one of the biggest players in the game and his name will bring in alot of revenue.
But anyone hoping that he will come in and set the Premier League alight – will bang in lots of goals and entertain the fans can think again – he is not that type of player anymore.
It would still be a massive signing for CHELSEA to make – but he is not the answer to all the problems that Chelse are having on the pitch – and he certainly will not help things off it too.
