With the transfer window drawing to a close over the summer – there was a shock move from Chelsea to try and acquire the services of Caicedo -as the club to add some more depth to his squad – but they failed with a move

However – it has been claimed in the media that the likes of ChelseaFC are ready to delve into that transfer kitty and try to sign the midfielder in the coming windows – especially as Grahm Potter seeks to improve his side

Joao Felix, David Fofana, Andrey Santos, Benoit Badiashile and Mykhailo Mudryk have all joined Potter’s project totalling £152m – but it seems are not quite done with their transfer deals

Brighton are determined to keep the Ecuadorian for the long-term but must resist the interest from the likes of Newcastle, Manchester United, Arsenal and CHELSEA – but that has not stopped the Blues according to CBS reporter Ben Jacobs.

There are not too many people out there right now that do not believe that Caicedo is not ready to play for one of the big clubs – it would be a massive shock if he stayed put over the next few windows.

Chelsea needs an immediate replacement for Ngolo Kante – and although Caicedo is not at that level just yet – he is certainly a star that has the potential to be one of the very best in the Premier League that is for sure guys.

Zidane offer –

Chelsea have made an offer to hire former boss Zinedine Zidane, stunning reports from Spain have claimed

After Establishing himself as one of the best young managers in the Premier League while with Brighton – American owner Ted Boehly made the big decision to hands him the chance to manage Chelsea.

Boehly had just sacked Thomas Tuchel after a poor start to the new season – and knew that many had tipped Potter to manage one of the big clubs in the Premier League – and after the start Brighton had to the new season – believed he was the man to take the club forward.

But after a good start to life at Stamford Bridge – Potter saw his Chelsea side start to struggle before the Work cup and they could not keep clean sheets – to score goals and to play the football that fans have enjoyed watching over the past few seasons.

They have not faired much better since the World Cup in Qatar and are still struggling to match the quality they have in previous seasons – which has led to alot of speculation about the future of Potter.

Now OK Diario. have claimed that Chelsea have made an offer to Zidane of around £44million-per-year – a move that will make him the world’s best paid manager at roughly.

It would see the Frenchman replace Graham Potter at the helm, though the current manager is said to have the full backing of the board.

IcFootballnews reporter Iomie Stanley has recently claimed that it would be harsh to sack Potter.

Graham Potter has literally just walked through the door, he said

“I think Graham Potter signed up for a project. He is going to have to put his own stamp on the team. He has still not even really been able to do that.

“It is very very harsh to be talking about him leaving right now.“

“However – this Chelsea board have big plans for the club and if Potter continues to pick up the losses rather than the wins – then he will keep edging towards the door at Stamford Bridge.”

Nkiunku gets advice –

nkunku

Timo Werner has offered advice to Chelsea-bound Christopher Nkunku ahead of the strikers move Stamford Bridge.

After months and months of speculation – Chelsea are the club that have won the race to sign Nkunku at the end of the season – as they could not get a deal done this January window.

He is a player that has been making all sorts noises in the game over the past few seasons and is a player that is tipped to become a real star in the Premier League for Chelsea.

Now – alead of his arrival at the end of the current season – former Blues star Timo Werner has sent some advice to the Frenchman ahead of his move: “Everyone has to have their own experience,” Werner told SportBILD.

“I had a very good first year, the second was so-so. I can tell him from positive and negative experiences, should he change.

“At a club like that, you don’t play like you did at RB Leipzig, because there’s even more competition – not only on a sporting level, but also on another level, in the mental area.

“You have to cope with that, and everyone has to find their own way. That’s why it’s the wrong approach to give others tips. Time has changed me a lot.”

I think we cannot wait to see what Nkunku is able to do in the Premier League as there is alot of hype surrounding the man – but making a impact at Chelsea will be a big challenge.

Fans will be hoping he can make an impact
