CHELSEA have been offered the chance to sign Neymar as Paris Saint-Germain look to sell him on, sources have told Football Insider.
Regarded as one of the best attackers in the game – Neymar is a shell of the man that shone while playing ay Barcelona just a few seasons ago and over the years – has struggled with injuries and performances
PSG made the massive decision last summer to hand star man Kylian Mbappe a massive new contract which is costing the club £1 million a week – and the Brazilian is reportedly not happy with that – and a few other issues
PSG are ready to cash in on the forward as they are looking to tie down Lionel Messi to a massive new contract – and will need to offload the Brazilian in order to balance the books.

However, it is believed the Premier League giants feel a deal is unlikely due to the financial package required to make it happen – as well as the considerable baggage the former Barcelona star would bring.

If the reports are true and Neymar is on the market – it will be interesting to see just where he ends up as there will be alot of big clubs interested in a possible deal.
However – we cannot see CHELSEA making a move for the Brazilian as he will not give the side what Graham Potter needs – so we cannot see him making that move to Stamford Bridge.
