Chelsea or Man United? Premier League star ‘willing to sign’ for Arsenal’s direct rivals.
Arsenal star Aaron Ramsey is reportedly willing to join Chelsea or Manchester United when he leaves the Emirates.
As the world of football knows, Ramsey is all set to leave the Emirates at the end of the season after failing to agree a new contract that will commit his long-term future to the club and make him one of the highest paid players in the Premier League.
It is believed he wants a deal close to £350,000-a-week, a demand which the Gunners are not prepared to meet and are only ready to offer around £220,000-a-week.
And both Chelsea and United have been credited with a potential deal, but were worried that Ramsey may decide to leave England and try his luck in La Liga or the Italian League, where the likes of AC Milan, Real Madrid and Barcelona are ready to offer him a contract.
But now the ESPN website say he is now ready to listen to what Chelsea and United have to say, as he is ready to leave Arsenal for a direct rival when his contract runs out.
It is believed both clubs are readying a deal that will satisfy the needs of Ramsey, especially since they would be saving around £50 million by landing him on a free.
Chelsea or United, who should Ramsey join?
Ramsey is a very dynamic midfielder that offers Arsenal some much needed creativity when he is on top form, so if a club really needed that then it would most certainly be United as Chelsea already have a number of world class midfielders at the club.
So if he made the move to Stamford Bridge he would probably not get the kind of game time he would if he made the move to Old Trafford, but with so many clubs interested in a deal it will be interesting to see where he ends up.
