Chelsea to open talks for the January signing of £35M star Potter wants!

Chelsea are reportedly ready to open talks with Leandro Trossard ahead of a concerted new year swoop.

Potter is easily regarded as one of the finest young managers in the Premier League and has been tipped to manage one of the big clubs – but no-one could have imagined that he would be taking over Chelsea so soon into the season.

But with a new manager comes some new players – and it is believed that Potter will now look to add some players to the squad that he believes can help take Chelsea back to the top – and players to the side that will help play the kind of football that he wants

And that has led to constant speculation in the media that Trossard is a player that the Premier League giants are very much interested in signing

Potter is now looking to bring his old winger to Chelsea – after already raiding his former side for a number of key backroom personnel.

Now sources have told Football Insider. that Chelsea are looking to open talks with the representatives of Trossard in order to try and get a transfer deal done in January

Trossard’s excellent goal-scoring ability is known to the whole world and with the Blues lacking a proper goal scoring machine, Trossard could surely fill that category

Trossard is having an amazing season with Brighton this year and is really starting to show why all the big clubs have been keeping a close eye on him over the past few seasons

If Chelsea do come calling for the man then we are sure that he will not turn down such a chance to play for one of the big clubs

But would he get the game time that he needs? especially with all the rumors that Potter will not be at the club for the start of next season.
