‘He’s my guy’ Chelsea told to complete signing of £103 million 31-goal star

Scott Minto has said that Mauricio Pochettino’s Chelsea should sign Napoli striker Victor Osimhen.

CHELSEA are one of the best sides in the game – there is no doubt about that and have some world class players – but the one thing that they are missing is a world class striker.

Graham Potter and Frank Lampard used Kai Havertz as his top man – and he does ok at times – but he is not a natural goal-scorer that can hold the ball up etc – and struggled last season,

He has been linked with a move away from west London after another frustrating season in which he scored just seven goals in 35 Premier League games.

And that means that new boss Mauricio Pochettino will need to add a world class striker to that attack – with the impressive Osimhen a man that he reportedly wants.

Previously, it had been reported Napoli would only accept offers of €150m (£129m) or more for the Nigerian forward, but they have lowered their demands and will not accept £103 million for the star

The 24-year-old said earlier this season it was his dream to play in the Premier League. He scored 31 goals in 39 games in all competitions for Napoli this season

Now TalkSPort pundit has told the Blues to sign the Napoli striker – he said about Osimhen and Chelsea: “I like him as well, and he would be my guy.”

Osimhen is a top class striker that has the ability to score goals on a weekly basis – something that Chelsea have been missing –

But £103 million is crazy money and CHELSEA would be quite foolish to splash that amount of cash – they should pay no more than £80 million.

The Blues definitely need a striker in the summer window – it will be interesting to see just whom they sign.
