Chelsea told possible £70 million signing is destined for January move!

Brentford striker and CHELSEA target Ivan Toney could be set for a big move this coming January transfer window.

CHELSEA needed to splash some cash in the transfer window and add players to the side that will make a difference this season, and decided to make a move to sign Nicolas Jackson from Villareal.

The speedy attacker had been making a real name for himself over in the Spanish League and the Chelsea board believed that the £24 million would be a good investment on a striker that has alot of potential.

However – there is a massive feeling in the media that he is not the right man that will be able to help Mauricio Pochettino get back into the habit of winning games on a weekly basis.

And that has led to some reports in the media that Chelsea will be interested in a £70 million move to try and sign Ivan Toney from Brentford – who has registered 20 goals in the Premier League this season.

And with the reports that The Blues are interested in adding another striker to that attack in the transfer window – IcFootballnews Reporter Iomie Stanley has opened up and claimed that Ivan Toney is set for a big move.

Speaking of the 27-year-old, he said: “Ivan Toney, he’s got to be in people’s thinking, surely?”

‘He is easily one of the best strikers in the Premier League and a man destined to play for one of the big sides, Brentford will have a very hard time fending off clubs in the January window.

“I don’t like to put people’s players in shop windows, but I’m sure they’ll certainly be sniffing around someone like Ivan Toney.”
