£50M Prem star Chelsea ‘WANTS’ told to get summer transfer deal done!

David Seaman has urged Chelsea transfer target Aaron Ramsdale to leave Arsenal this summer window.

Despite having a very good first season at the Emirates – Ramsdale was pushed down the pecking order at the Emirates last season after the Gunners decided to buy David Raya on loan for the year.

The Spanish stopper came in and impressed so much that he established himself as the best stopper at the club and the man that won the golden glove – which prompted Arsenal to make the decision to keep him at the club on a permanent basis.

CHELSEA have been linked with a move for Ramsdale for the last few windows and are still interested, if you believe the reports, as they are still looking to improve their stopper situation at the club.

Now – amid all the speculation and rumours – Gunners icon David Seaman has opened up and encouraged Ramsdale to leave Arsenal this summer – Seaman told the Daily Star: ‘I’ve always said Aaron is too good to be a number two. He’s a fantastic player. He needs to play. Wherever that is, I don’t know.

‘It’s a weird situation. Ideally, you’d love him to stay because that would be great for the club.

‘But he needs to move for his career. And that includes England because, if he’s not playing, he’ll keep dropping down the pecking order with them.’

Ramsdale is a brilliant stopper that needs to make the move once the Euros 24 are over – there are quite a few clubs interested and he will have his pick – so it would be a surprise to still see him at the Gunners for the start of next season.

CHELSEA would be getting a very good keeper if they manage to get a transfer deal done.
