Decision made – Chelsea will be free to make move for £40M man in January

Arsenal are reportedly willing to sell CHELSEA target Emile Smith Rowe in the next transfer window.

The 23-year-old has not been a regular starter under manager Mikel Arteta after the Spanish boss spent some serious money improving that area of the squad over the last couple of transfer windows.

And that has led to many reports in the media that Smith Rowe is a player that could be departing the club in the coming windows, as the Gunners look to recoup some of that £200 million they have spent over the summer.

Blues fans must be wondering what the board are playing at with some of the signings that have been made lately, and Smith Rowe is one of those players that are not really needed at the club.
