Defender sends message to Arsenal fans after OFFICIALLY completing January transfer deal
Sead Kolasinac has completed his move to Marseille and admits that his Arsenal career ‘hasn’t been easy sometimes’
The 28-year-old arrived at Arsenal from Schalke in 2017 and would make 118 appearances in all competitions in total, but fell well down the pecking order under current boss Mikel Arteta
But now he has left the club after sealing a move to Marseille and he has taken to Instagram to send a message to the Gunners fans and his former club, claiming, it hasnt been easy sometimes’
A statement on Arsenal’s website on Tuesday confirmed that Kolasinac had left the club by mutual consent, with the Gunners stating: ‘Everyone at Arsenal would like to thank Sead for his contribution to the club since he joined us in 2017 and wish him all the best for his future.’
‘Thank you Gunners, for the past years – even though it hasn’t been easy sometimes,’ Kolasinac wrote on Instagram. ‘I always tried my best to give you my all. Also – thanks to all staff members and everyone else who was involved.
‘Thank you – to all my teammates at Colney who have been great companions and supporters throughout my career.’
there has been alot of talk that Arsenal do not have the squad members to play Premier League matches, yet they are letting players leave the club, It doesnt make sense.
But Saed needed to leave the Emirates for the sake of his career as he was not going to get the game time he desired, so this is a good move.
But considering Mikel Arteta has been complaining about the lack of players that he has right now, this is a very strange decision to let the defender leave
But good luck to him and fans will surely wish him the best
