Eight goal Premier League star a player Liverpool ready to sign for big money!

Liverpool have been scouting potential replacements for Mohamed Salah and have earmarked Brentford’s Bryan Mbeumo as possible targets, according to Sky Sports.

Salah has been one of the best players in the Premier League for quite some time now and one of the best finishers that Liverpool fans have seen in recent times.

He managed 24-goals for LIVERPOOL last season, but this season he has started the campaign in great fashion and giving everything he possibly can for the Reds in what seems to be his final season at the club.

Salah is one of three key players into the last year of his contract at Anfield alongside Virgil van Dijk and Trent Alexander-Arnold and manager Arne Slot has admitted the trio “could become a problem” for the Reds.

Salah has been linked with a move to the Middle East in the last year and has one year remaining on his Reds contract. As it stands, he will be free to leave the club on a free transfer at the end of the season.

What has happened?

Liverpool have been scouting potential replacements for Mohamed Salah and have earmarked Brentford’s Bryan Mbeumo according to reports, with suggestions they are ready to pay some big money for the attacker.

Mbeumo has impressed this season with eight goals in nine Premier League appearances and has “been monitored by Liverpool for some time”

There will continue to be alot of transfer speculation regarding the future of Mo Salah and where he will end up, he is certainly a player that Arne Slot will miss once he departs LIVERPOOL

But no disrespect to Mbeumo, he is not the man that could help fill the boots of Salah, he is quality, but is nowhere near the level of the Egyptian star and to be honest, fans would not be happy with this signing.
