£30M valued star ‘now open’ to completing deadline day West Ham move!
West Ham United target Hugo Ekitike could now ‘be open’ to a London Stadium, it has been claimed.
WEST HAM have done some great business already this summer window, but it is no secret that David Moyes is still keen to add another striker to the side before the close of deadline day, and Ekitike is a wanted man.
Now he may be open to a move to London Stadium, according to Dharmesh Sheth, who claims there was plenty of work to do, but a deal could happen – he told GIVEMESPORT: “When you go into transfer talks with other clubs, normally what happens is, there’s an openness from the player to maybe be open to a move to a particular club.
“Clubs don’t usually go into these negotiations blind by trying to organise something, then get everything agreed with the club and then one second later, the deal is off because the player doesn’t want to come.
“So I think there’s an element that maybe West Ham are getting encouraged that Ekitike could be open to a move to the London stadium.”

LINGARD ON WAY IN –
WEST HAM United are edging closer to a deal with Jesse Lingard and Sky Sports reporter Dharmesh Sheth has claimed.

Lingard was a player that West Ham tried to sign last summer window, but he made the decision to take the money and make the move to Nottingham Forest in a move that shocked many in the Premier League.
However – that move has not quite worked out and he is now closing in on a move to the Hammers after they decided to reignite their interest in the midfielder and add a bit more depth to the squad, and a deal is getting closer according to Sheth.
On the 30-year-old midfielder, Sheth told GIVEMESPORT: “One hundred per cent, yes. He has been training with the first-team squad for the last month now we think.
“And it was primarily to keep his fitness up. But it’s starting to develop now. And we’re told initial talks have taken place between West Ham United and Lingard’s representatives about a short-term deal.
“But as you mentioned it can happen after the window because he is a free agent. So he’s not tied down to the deadline of this Friday at 11 o’clock and he can move next week.”
ALBERTO ALTERNATIVE

West Ham United are turning their attention to Flamengo forward Pedro after a deal for Corinthians attacker Yuri Alberto fell apart.
West Ham have done some great business already this summer window, but it is no secret that David Moyes is still keen to add another striker to the side before the close of deadline day – and Alberto is a man the club wanted.
It’s stated that technical director Tim Steidten has been in Brazil this week to try and thrash out a deal for Corinthians star Yuri Alberto.
Corinthians have blocked the move though and Steidten is turning to Pedro as a potential late signing for West Ham.
That is according to a report from The Mirror, who claim that West Ham are turning their attention to Pedro, who has now racked up 97 goals in 200 games for Flamengo and has now picked up six caps for Brazil.
He has a huge release clause worth around £51million but the striker is expected to be available for much less.
SMITH ROWE FREE TO JOIN –

Arsenal have told Emile Smith Rowe he can complete a permanent move before the window shuts, and West Ham have made an offer.
A couple of seasons ago – Smith Rowe was a member of the squad that Mikel Arteta loved to play on a weekly basis – but a series of injuries and some big signings by the Gunners means that he is no longer part of the side.
That has led to many reports in the media that Chelsea are interested in a potential deal for the man – but it now seems that West Ham have contacted Arsenal over a potential deal for Smith-Rowe, according to the Football Insider.
The report says Arsenal could accept a £35-40million offer for Smith Rowe, who has three years left on his contract.
JUVENTUS STAR KOSTIC ON WAY?
WEST HAM United have been linked with a move for Juventus star Filip Kostic, and journalist Dean Jones has given the fans an update.

Kostic has predominantly played on the left-hand side, but can play in an attacking role as well as a deeper left midfield role. The Juventus man could suit the wing-back position that Moyes likes to utilise at times.
At the age of 30, however, £20m could be a lot for a player who might not have much sell-on value in the future.
WHAT HAS BEEN SAID –
Speaking to GIVEMESPORT, he said: “The news from Juventus sources is that they have heard nothing from West Ham so far and are playing down the chances of a Kostic transfer.
‘That’s not to say this one is not in the works though because this is a player West Ham have admired for some time. He’s definitely not the only player they are looking at in that position right now, but I would be surprised if they do not touch base with Juventus soon to discover the likelihood of a deal being possible and on what terms.
‘But the current position as of Thursday afternoon is that Juventus are saying there is nothing from their end on this.”
WEST HAM MAKE EDWARDS OFFER –
WEST HAM have made a formal bid to sign Peterborough defender Ronnie Edwards.
David Moyes has already signed Konstantinos Mavropanos to add to his centre-back options this summer, but both Kurt Zouma and Nayef Aguerd have been injury-prone while Thilo Kehrer is one of several players to have been linked with a move away before Friday’s deadline
And now Edwards is a man that the club are looking to sign
Negotiations between the clubs over a fee are ongoing, with David Moyes looking to sign a player who will both provide centre-back cover and stands out as a prospect for the future.
Edwards was part of the England Under-19 side that won the European Championship last summer and represented the U20s at this year’s World Cup.
