Pablo Mari will complete summer move – Arsenal can sign Gakpo if they want – Arsenal working on Diaby deal in Arsenal news of the day –

Arsenal target Cody Gakpo is “attainable” for the club this summer if they wanted to do a deal – Mikel Arteta has been told

Arsenal may have splashed some serious money in order to complete the signing of Gabriel Jesus from Man City earlier in the transfer window – but it is believed that Mikel Arteta wants to keep on improving the side

And that has led to many reports in the media that Arsenal are very much interested in a deal for Gakpo, who is fast becoming one of the most sought-after young players in Europe right now

The winger, who mainly operates on the left, has hit 16 goals in all competitions for the Eindhoven club last season, and has also provided 15 assists and his performances is attracting all sorts of interest

And now the club have been told that Arsenal will be able to get a deal done for Gakpo – should they decide to actually make a move as he is in the price range for the club

Daily Express journalist Ryan Taylor said to GIVEMESPORT: “We know that he is attainable, because he’s reasonably priced around about £30m-£35m, potentially a little bit more.

“So, if that was one Arsenal wanted to do, then there is scope to do that.

“But it’s important to be clear that, at the moment, there doesn’t seem to be any concrete names, unfortunately.”

Arsenal working on Gakpo deal –

It has again been claimed that Arsenal are working on a deal for Moussa Diaby after Stan Kroenke gave the green light for a move to happen

Mikel Arteta has some pretty good transfer business this summer and he should be proud of the players that he has managed to bring to the club over the last few weeks

But there are a few more areas of the pitch that he needs to work on and adding another central midfielder will not be on the agenda of the Spanish boss – who has some money left to spend

There has been so many players linked with a move to the club – defenders – midfielders – forwards – and now it seems that Arsenal have been given the green light to try and sign Diaby

Diaby was outstanding for the German club last season, with his 42 matches in all competitions yielding 17 goals and 14 assists.

Recent reports in the media have claimed that owner Stan Kroenke has given the club the green light to make a move and try to sign the man – and now the SUN have claimed that Arsenal are working on a deal for Diaby

It has been claimed that Mikel Arteta feels that his attack is not yet completed, and Diaby would offer something to the squad that is not quite there

Many believe that Arsenal need to sign a big striker – a powerful striker – a man that will give Arteta something different up top – a man that has the ability to hold the ball up and win things in the air – they do not have that

They have a number of players that can play out on the wings – a striker should be next – now a winger

So, even though Diaby is a very good player – he is not the type of star that Arsenal need to sign right now – but he is obviously a player the club want

Mari will leave –

Italian Journalist Fabrizio Romano has opened up and claimed that Pablo Mari will 100 per cent leave Arsenal this summer

Mari joined Arsenal on loan during the January 2020 window before signing the following summer permanently – but he has never really established himself in that starting eleven

And with all the players that have been signed this summer – and all the ones that are expecting to arrive – Mikel Arteta knows that he needs to get a few players off the books at the Emirates

And Maris is one of those players that are a decent member of the squad – but will not be missed when they depart the club – and that is why the decision was made to allow him to leave the club

ArsenalFC have received a new bid for Mari from Hellas Verona, who have offered a permanent deal – while Monza are also said to be pushing for a loan deal with an obligation to buy should he impress next season

And now – amid all the speculation – Romano has opened up and admitted that Mari will 100 per cent leave the club this transfer window – He Tweeted: ‘Arsenal have received a new bid for Pablo Marì:

“Hellas Verona are offering permanent deal, Monza pushing for loan with obligation to buy in case they will stay in Serie A next season. ??? #AFC

‘Decision expected soon but Pablo Marì will 100% leave Arsenal.”
