Conor Gallagher has held talks with Thomas Tuchel about his future at Chelsea – amidst all the speculation that he is a wanted man

Gallagher is one of the most exciting players in the Premier League after an impressive season with Crystal Palace last season – in which he netted ten goals for the side

There has been alot of speculation in the media about his future and whether or not he will be staying at the Bridge – especially with all the interest in his services from the likes of West Ham, Everton, Newcastle and even Tottenham

Now – Journalist Simon Phillips has opened up and claimed that Gallagher has held talks about his future with Chelsea – and has decided to stay at the club this summer transfer window

He told GIVEMESPORT: “There’s no way you can rule that out at this stage, I think he’s going to have one eye on the World Cup.

“The decision was made from all parties after conversations with Tuchel and he got word from Tuchel, and he feels like he’s going to get the chances. Tuchel has told him there will be games available for him and he’s happy to stay and the decision to was made.”

Gallagher is a very exciting talent that has a bright future in the game – and he showed last season that he is more than ready to test himself in the Premier League with the big boys

The worst thing that could happen is that he sits on the bench too long – especially with the world cup this season – as that will scupper his development

He needs to impress when he is given the chance – or this season could just be a waste for the lad – especially if he fails to get game time and doesn’t decide to leave
