£100M Valued Chelsea Target Makes Massive Transfer Admission
Chelsea fc transfer target Bruno Guimaraes insists he is ‘really happy’ at Newcastle United but has ‘goals’ of moving ‘down the line’.
Guimaraes has established himself as one of Newcastle’s most important players and a Premier League star since his £40m move from Lyon in January 2022, and is a player that all the big clubs have been really admiring over the past few seasons.
Eddie Howe’s side have regressed this term – sitting 10th with ten games remaining – but Guimaraes is still a player that could command a fee of £100 million at the end of the season, with the likes of CHELSEA, Arsenal and PSG just three clubs that are reportedly interested.
Chelsea will need to sell a few players in the coming transfer market before they are able to add to the side – but it is believed that the board feel that Guimaraes is a player that could add some much needed quality to that Blues midfield.
And amid all the speculation and rumours – Guimaraes has come out this week and admitted that he has goals of moving on down the line – but is happy at the Toon for now.
Speaking at a press conference this week Guimaraes said: ‘It’s always been my dream to play here. I’ve always followed the Premier League, it was always my dream to be here.
‘I think ever since I joined Newcastle everything’s been good in my life, professionally and personally.
‘I’m very happy to be playing amongst the best in the best league in the world. I absolutely plan to play here for a long time, but I have other goals as well of moving.
‘But this is something more down the line, I’m really happy to be here in the league.’

Guimaraes must have been hoping that Newcastle would be challenging for some sort of title by now – but it seems that they are heading in the wrong direction.
If the right clubs comes in the summer – if the right offer arrives for the man – he could leave.
