Haaland opens up on Jadon Sancho’s move to Manchester United this summer

Erling Haaland has been reflecting on Jadon Sancho’s £73 million ($101m) move to Manchester United.

Sancho is regarded as one of the finest talents in world football right now and has been linked with a move to Old Trafford for the past 12 months or so. But after they failed top agree deal last summer, they managed to sign Sancho this time around

Dortmund were reluctant sellers and are disappointed to have seen a prized asset slip their net, but they have accepted £75 million for Sancho this season, who has even already agreed personal terms

But after seeing Sancho agree that move away from the club, another United target Haaland has been reflecting on the sale of the winger, Asked by Stadium Astro for his take on Sancho’s transfer, Haaland said: “Me and Jadon understood each other very well and he’s a top player.

“So of course it’s sad that he goes but that’s how it is and that’s football. You never know what will happen.

“But I think that there’s a lot of other good players that I have a good tone with and it can become even better.

“We have to see who I match the best with.”


Many are excited to see just what Sancho can bring to the club this coming season, as there is alot of expectation on his shoulders. He has been scoring and creating for fun over in the Bundesliga, so United fans will be hoping that is also brought to the club
