Impressive Premier League star ‘will be huge signing’ for Newcastle – fans told

Paul Robinson has claimed Leeds winger Jack Harrison would be a “huge signing” for Newcastle United

Over the past few seasons – Harrison has established himself as a very impressive performer in the Premier League and it is believed that Eddie Howe is keen on making sure that The Toon are the club that snap him up

It is no secret that Eddie Howe has not done the business that he would have liked this summer and is keen to make a few more by the end of the transfer window and Harrison is a player they want to spend some cash on

And amid all the speculation – Robinson has opened up and claimed that he would be a huge signing for the club – Robinson told Football Insider: “Harrison is such a versatile player.

“He can play left-back, left wing-back and anywhere across the three behind the central striker. I just think he is a top player.

“He is one Leeds cannot afford to lose. He would be a huge signing for Newcastle.

“They would have to get rid of a few players first because their squad is already too big. It is something they need to really look at and address. You cannot just keep bringing players in and putting other players in the under-23s.

“They are stockpiling players. It is about getting quality players though.

“Jack Harrison is that next level of player. It is about bringing in the next level of player to take the club into the top six.”
