What you doing Eden? Hazard urges Madrid to wrap up £50 million Chelsea deal

Reports have emerged which have claimed Eden Hazard has urged Real Madrid to sign Marcos Alonso from Chelsea.

Since making the move to Stamford Bridge a few seasons ago, Alonso has proven critics wrong and turned into one of the best Left-backs in world football, becoming a real source of creativity just behind former star man Eden Hazard.

He was one of the first names on the team-sheets for former boss Antonio Conte and Maurizio Sarri, but the arrival of Frank Lampard has changed things for the Spaniard this season and he has found game time very hard to come by, by the Blues club legend.

But former star Hazard is seemingly set on angering Blues fans once again in the coming transfer windows, with the former Chelsea ace reportedly urging Los Blancos to raid his old side Chelsea for left-back Alonso, who would command a fee of around £50 million.

Liga.financial claim the Belgian international has recommended that the La Liga club sign Spain international to replace Marcelo, who is coming towards the end of his top level playing days in Europe, and the report goes on to say that Alonso is even willing to lower his wages to seal a move to the Spanish giants.

Real boss Zinedine Zidane is reportedly not happy with a number of first-team players since his move back to the Bernabeu and is reportedly seeking to revamp the side over the next two transfer windows in order to get that La Liga and Champions League titles once again.

Hazard and Alonso helped Chelsea become one of the most exciting sides in the Premier League during their time together at the club, and reports have claimed that Hazard is keen to be reunited with a man that helped him become a real force over the next few years

Look Hazard was a hero at Chelsea and is still loved by many Blues fans who believed he helped the club achieve so much during his seven year stint at the club, but it would be a massive shock to see Alonso leave the Blues and make a switch to the Premier League, especially as he is tied down to a massive contract at Chelsea.

If Chelsea have an immediate replacement in mind, then they may consider selling Alonso in the next few windows, but he is a very good, experienced, squad member that Lampard should look to keep.
