Former Prem star ‘excited’ to see what £30M star will do at after Chelsea move
Former Leicester City star Robert Huth has admitted he is excited to see how Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall gets on at Chelsea following his £30million move from the Foxes.
Chelsea made the surprise decision to bring Drewsbury-Hall to Stamford Bridge after a very impressive season for Leicester last season working under the guidance of Enzo Maresca.
He has been solid in pre-season for Chelsea and is expected to play a big part in that Blues side over the next few months – but after seeing the star make the move to Stamford Bridge – Huth has come out and revealed he is excited to see just what KDH can bring to the club
“Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall is someone I’m really looking forward to seeing play in a Chelsea shirt this season,” Huth said while speaking at the launch of Ladbrokes’ “Gaffer of all Accas”.
“Obviously I know him from my Leicester days, and I think he’s a really smart signing. You know what you’re getting from him; he’s a really good footballer, he has great energy, great work rate, great vision… I think Chelsea fans are going to really like him. You know, even on off days, he’ll bring energy.
“Fans really don’t ask for a lot; they want energy, commitment, and a never say die attitude. These are all traits I’d associate with Kiernan. I think he’ll be a starter for them, and I really think Chelsea fans will buy into him.”

It will be interesting to see how KDH fits in at CHELSEA– Maresca is his boss so he will get game time – but there is better players at the club already.
Enzo Maresca knows what the midfielder will bring to the club and will hope he can impress.
