In-demand Portuguese ‘Take Private Jet’ And Hold Talks Over West Ham Move

Sporting Lisbon boss Ruben Amorim has flown to London for talks with West Ham, according to CNN Portugal.

David Moyes had the season of his life last year when he led that Hammers side to some European success – and he was fully backed in the transfer window to add players that will take the club forward.

But despite all the hype and despite some impressive displays this season – WEST HAM fans have been let down by the clubs performances and results and many believe tat it is now time that Moyes leaves the club.

Hammers boss Moyes will be out of contract at the end of the season and has put discussions about a new deal on hold

The Athletic reported earlier on Monday that West Ham have held talks over a move to appoint the 39-year-old if David Moyes leaves the club this summer, with the Scot out of contract at the end of the season.

It is claimed Amorim took a private jet on Monday afternoon that was arranged by West Ham to meet the club’s owners, with Amorim alongside his agent Raul Costa for his trip to England.

Another option WEST HAM have reportedly assessed is ex-Wolves boss Julen Lopetegui, however Amorim has emerged as the top target.

Amorim has been one of the leading candidates to succeed Jurgen Klopp at Liverpool, but it is being claimed that a move to Anfield now looks unlikely.

He plays exciting football and could leave West Ham into a new era – he could be a great option for the club.
