Announcement imminent – £45M man ‘HAS AGREED’ his move to Arsenal

will Jesu leave Man City?

The breaking news over night for Arsenal fans is that the club have agreed a £45 million deal with Man City for striker Gabriel Jesus

For months and months and months now there has been rumours in the media about the possible arrival of Gabriel Jesus to the Emirates after he decided that now is the perfect time to leave the Premier League Champions

He has been second-fiddle for some time at the club – but after Sergio Aguero decided to leave – he believed that he would be the man that leads this Pep Guardiola side for the next few seasons – but was not the case

Man City spent some big money in acquiring the services of Erling Haaland right at the beginning of the transfer window – meaning that Jesus would once again be sitting on the bench more often than not – and he did not want that during a world cup year

Tottenham, Chelsea and Real Madrid have also expressed interest in signing Jesus but the 25-year-old is now poised to become Arsenal’s fourth signing of the summer following goalkeeper Matt Turner, forward Marquinhos and midfielder Fabio Vieira, who completed a £34m move from Porto last week.

Report overnight have broken and revealed that he has agreed personal terms with Arsenal and the Gunners have agreed a £45M fee with Man City – now all that is left is the announcement

Jesus has scored 95 goals in 236 appearances for City and has won four Premier League titles since arriving in England five years ago.
