Jimenez offers hopes to Manchester United as Mexico striker embraces transfer talk ahead of possible transfer involving “many millions”.
Raul Jimenez continues to offer hope to suitors such as Manchester United, with the Wolves striker welcoming talk of possible transfers involving “many millions”.
The Wolves striker impressed prior to the coronavirus pandemic pausing the campaign, hitting 22 goals in 44 matches in all competitions and has caught the eye of a number of sides.
Both Liverpool and Manchester United are reportedly very interested in trying nail down his services in the summer, with United keen to make sure that they add to their attack when the window opens up.
Wolves do not want to sell their star man, and will do all they can to make sure that he does not leave in the summer, but the interest is there from the big clubs and Jimenez is enjoying being swept along for the ride at present, with no definitive call on his future offered once again when discussing the speculation he is generating with Telemundo.
“First of all I am very happy here with the Wolves,” Jimenez said. “I am in a place where from the first moment we made an incredible connection.
“I am no stranger to all that [the rumours], every day a new team comes out, every day a new offer comes out, I do not know how many millions.
“It is good to know that they are talking about you, but what I have to do to make that happen is to continue doing my job here with the Wolves.”
The man is a very good striker, but he is not worth the kind of money that is being talked about right now.
