World class Arsenal star addresses the rumours about potential Emirates exit!
Jorginho has admitted he has “not thought about” the prospect of a new contract at Arsenal or the rumours of leaving.
With the arrivals of Declan Rice and Kai Havertz this summer there has been much talk of a revamped midfield at ARSENAL, with Jorginho not tipped by many to be first choice.
That has led to some suggestions in the media that he is a player that the Gunners would allow to depart the club over the transfer window – with a move to the Spanish league or Saudi Arabia mooted for the Italian star.
In recent days it has been claimed that a move to Fenerbahce has been on the cards, but if you believe the reports all over the media in recent weeks, Jorginho has never had any intention of leaving the Gunners.
And he has pretty much revealed that by admitting that he is happy at the Emirates – He said: “No I haven’t had any conversations [about a new contract] to be honest.
“All I can say is that I feel really good here. I’m really happy at Arsenal.
“I haven’t thought about it to be honest with you. I’ve only been thinking about tomorrow!”

Look, Jorginho is great to have in the side for many reasons off and on the pitch – he really is world class.
The fact he wants to stay is massive as he will be an invaluable member of the squad, but with the side going into a new era, he may need to leave if he wants to prolong his career at the top of the game.
He may not be thinking about leaving ARSENAL right now, but there will come a point this season where he wonders what is next for him.
