Money will get deal done! Juventus ‘will sell’ midfielder Rabiot to Arsenal this month

Reports have claimed Juventus will sell Adrien Rabiot to Arsenal, if they meet his asking price.

After months and months and months of speculation in the media, the Gunners finally decided to ditch the idea that Unai Emery is the man to lead the club into a new era and finally decided to let the Spaniard leave just a few weeks ago.

And that has led to the appointment of Arteta, the club legend that has been working next to the best boss in the game right now, Pep Guardiola, who is not happy about losing his right-hand man to the Gunners this week.

The window, Arteta’s first as Arsenal boss, is now open, and big changes are expected to the squad he inherited from Unai Emery, with a number of top players now linked with a move to the Emirates.

Rabiot is yet to nail down a regular place in Juventus’ side, but managed back-to-back 90 minutes in Serie A for the first time this season in wins over Udinese and Sampdoria.

Sport Mediaset claim Rabiot’s inconsistent form at Juventus means the club would consider any offers that between £21m and £25m

Arteta recently remained vague when discussing possible deals in the January transfer window.

“We had many other conversations,” said the Spaniard. “We have a meeting soon and some ideas but we have to put them together.”

It was a great decision from Arsenal to get rid of Emery as he is not the man to lead the club, but the Gunners are taking a massive risk in appointing Arteta, as he will need time and patience to lead the club back into winning ways.

This team needs alot of work in the coming transfer windows and if there is a chance for big time player to be signed, Arteta needs to push the herarchy to help complete deals as this current Gunners side will struggle to even challenge for a top four spot.

But it would be a massive shock to see Rabiot arrive from Juve.
