Italian giants Inter Milan are “close” to agreeing a deal for Jakub Kiwior according to Gazzetta Dello Sport.

Kiwior signed for ARSENAL FC a couple of January windows ago from Spezia for a fee of £17.5million, and there have been occasions where he has put in some impressive performances in that Arsenal shirt.

However – he has failed to live upto expectations over his Gunners career and has been constantly linked with a move away from the Emirates – with a number of top clubs reportedly interested in a potential deal.

And Kiwior’s minutes will be even more limited next season by the signing of Riccardo Calafiori, but it looks like the defender is all set to depart the club and head to Italian football.

Milan are “close” to agreeing a deal for Jakub Kiwior according to Gazzetta Dello Sport, with the report adding that He is reportedly top of their defensive targets as they look to reinforce their backline.

IcFootballnews Opinion…

Look, ARSENAL FC took a chance on Kiwior and brought him to the Premier League, but he has had enough time to settle at the club and make some kind of impact, but it has not really worked out like that.

If he wants to move back to Italian football, then that Arsenal board should allow him to leave and bring in players that actually want to be part of the side, stars that will give 100 per cent and will not miss the country they have been signed for.

Inter will be a great move for the man and Arsenal fans will wish him the best – it is time to get rid of the fringe players and bring in stars with a bit more quality – which Arsenal look like they will be doing over the next few days.
