Liverpool wont care about loss, Will Klopp seal £128 million Liverpool deal after message, £57m United star ‘should be’ at Liverpool, fans told

Guys here is a roundup of the latest Liverpool news, gossip and transfer news from icfootballnews over the past 24 hours.

Liverpool target Jadon Sancho is ‘very happy’ at Borussia Dortmund and the club will not be baulked by offers from England, according to chief executive Hans-Joachim Watze.

Sancho, who has 14 goals this season, is one of the most in-demand players across Europe and there have been many reports in the media suggesting that Jurgen Klopp could open up his chequebook and make a move to strengthen his attack.

There is no doubt that this Liverpool attack is one of the best in the game, (if not the best), but there has been some speculation,(and only speculation) that one of Sadio Mane, Mohammed Salah or Roberto Firmino could leave the club if the likes of Real Madrid, Barcelona or even PSG come calling.

With the likes of Chelsea, Barcelona, Liverpool,, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich all credited with interest in the prodigious wide-man, Dortmund could demand in excess of £128million for Sancho in the summer, who became the first teenager ever to score 25 goals in Germany’s top flight recently.

But despite the fact that Dortmund are known for allowing players to leave for big money, Watze has now come out and told the likes of Liverpool, and any other Premier League side in England, that Sancho is happy at the club and does not want to leave, Watze told BBC Sport: ‘I think he has the feeling that the club does have a good future. In my opinion, I don’t think he wants to leave.

‘We have a very confidential relationship between us and him and his agents. We will discuss it.

‘It’s not a question of money. For us, it would be the best position if he stays at Borussia Dortmund. ‘We have enough money. We want to have titles. I think this team has a lot more potential with Jadon than without Jadon.’

Liverpool players will not care one bit about seeing their ‘Invincibles’ bid ended by Watford over the weekend, insists Jermaine Pennant.

Liverpool have been brilliant this season, have been spectacular at times and are playing the type of football that deserves to end the season as Premier League Champions, but many were hoping that the club wee able to go through the whole Premier League season unbeaten.

It looked on, Liverpool were playing the type of football that no club could compete with, they have beaten everybody, and The narrative ahead of Saturday’s clash at Vicarage Road was dominated by the Reds gunning for a record 19th Premier League win in a row and closing in on Arsenal’s record of 49 league games unbeaten.

But that was completely wrecked by the effervescent home side, with Watford punishing an uncharacteristically slow and sloppy Liverpool team to seal a thumping 3-0 win, which shocked many and left fans unhappy about the fact that they were actually beaten

But asked if they will care in the long-run that their run has ended, Pennant told the SPORTS BREAKFAST: “No, not at all.

“It’s more the media and the public wanting to see if they can beat the Invincibles. They’re not going out there thinking, ‘let’s not lose this so we can get this record’.

“They’re not really worried about records; they’re worried about lifting this Premier League trophy, which they haven’t done for 30 years.

“They’re not going to lose sleep over it. Obviously they’re going to be annoyed about not taking another three points and not closing the Premier League off earlier, but they’ll have to pick themselves up and go again.”

“Liverpool just weren’t at the races, but they’re allowed to lose a game,” he added. “When I’m watching Liverpool now and the way teams play against them, I’m starting to get frustrated for them.

“They’re not coming up against a four-man defence and trying to break them down, they’re coming up against ten players almost in the box. It’s frustrating for them, so they have to attack and they’re showing vulnerability on the counter attack.

“What Watford did was a great game plan and it worked wonders, and it was the same at Atletico Madrid.

“Liverpool are finding it difficult against teams because they are being so compact with every man behind the ball because of how powerful Liverpool are going forward.”

Manchester United target Jadon Sancho is ‘very happy’ at Borussia Dortmund and the club will not be baulked by offers from England, according to chief executive Hans-Joachim Watze.

Sancho, who has 14 goals this season, is one of the most in-demand players across Europe and there were many reports in the January window suggesting that United were keen to make a move to sign the winger then.

However, Dortmund did not want to sell one of their most prized assets and it seemed that Sancho was keen to stay put until at least the summer, meaning that United only managed to secure a transfer deal for Bruno Fernandes, who has turned out to be one hell of a signing from Solskjaer, you cant argue that?

But with the likes of Chelsea, Barcelona, United Real Madrid and Bayern Munich all credited with interest in the prodigious wide-man, Dortmund could demand in excess of £128million for Sancho in the summer, who became the first teenager ever to score 25 goals in Germany’s top flight recently.

But despite the fact that Dortmund are known for allowing players to leave for big money, Watze has now come out and told the likes of United, and any other Premier League side in England, that Sancho is happy at the club and does not want to leave, Watze told BBC Sport: ‘I think he has the feeling that the club does have a good future. In my opinion, I don’t think he wants to leave.

‘It’s not a question of money. For us, it would be the best position if he stays at Borussia Dortmund. ‘We have enough money. We want to have titles. I think this team has a lot more potential with Jadon than without Jadon.’

WILL United STILL MAKE A MOVE?

If the club have any sense, THEY SHOULD MAKE A MOVE FOR Sancho still. Look Dortmund do not want to sell, and they will balk at most big offers, but at the end of the day, if Sancho comes out and says ‘ look guys, I want to leave’ I want to test myself in the Premier League’, they can try and stop him, but it is really down to the player.

And on top of that, MONEY TALKS, and the right amount of money will tempt Dortmund into selling, there is no doubt about that.
