Tuchel told to sign superstar – Agent confirms Chelsea to hold talks with Powerhouse – Nunez claim made

Chelsea have been told the asking price for Nunez – Agent reveals Lukaku to hold talks – Chelsea told to make Lewandowski move in Chelsea news of the day…

Glen Johnson believes Chelsea should make a move for Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski after he decided that he wants to leave the Germans

There is no doubt in world football that Lewandowski is the best striker in the game right now and a man that has just broken all sorts of records since he joined Bayern Munich way back in 2014

Having smashed 48 goals in 40 appearances last term, he has already surpassed that mark this season and he helped the German giants to record their 10th consecutive Bundesliga crown

The striker’s current deal runs until the end of next season, but he has already decided he wants to leave the club and could be sold before his contract expires as Bayern want to make some money on him

Chelsea will be in the market for a new striker and have been heavily linked with a move for the player in recent seasons – but he has never shown any desire to leave the Germans

Now – amid all the speculation surrounding the player – where he will go – what clubs will be interested – and how much he wants in wages – Johnson has opened up and told Thomas Tuchel that he should make a move for the footballing superstar

The ex-full-back said, “He is a more realistic signing, but these top, world-class strikers are hard to find.

“For his age and the possibility of the deal actually happening, I’d say Chelsea should sign Lewandowski.”

Lewandowski may not be the youngest of players these days – but he is one of the best players in world football and adding him to the squad would pretty much guarantee 30-extra goals a season

He will still cost alot of money – and he would command around £500,000-a-week – but we would love to see him in the Premier League guys that is for certain

However, we firmly believe that he will be heading to Barcelona in the summer

Lukaku to hold talks…

The agent of Romelu Lukaku is set to have talks with Chelsea regarding the striker’s future at the club. he has come out and revealed

Chelsea made the big decision last summer window to bring back Lukaku to the club in a deal worth £98 million as Thomas Tuchel wanted to sign a proven top-class forward

Lukaku become the most deadly striker in Italian football and many fans were hoping that his arrival would bring goals, and along with that, more trophies to add to the cabinet.

However, that has not been the case and Lukaku has looked nothing like the man that dominated Serie A last season, and has even admitted that he simply cannot adapt to the style of play of Tuchel

And of course that has led to all sorts of speculation in the media that Chelsea would be very open to letting him leave the club and use the money to sign an adequate replacement.

Now – amid all the speculation – his agent Federico Pastorello insists the Belgian is fully committed to the club – but admits there has been “problems” since he big move move.

He told La Republicca: “Given the figures of the transfer, no one could have expected such a situation.

“I’m not the one to discuss technical choices, but it is obvious that there was a problem.

“The numbers, however, must be weighted: he is the best scorer of the team this season, even with a lower playing time compared to his teammates. ”

On a return to Inter Milan he said: “He has their club and their fans in his heart, he has never hidden that, as well as his love for Anderlecht where he would like to end his career.”

Chelsea learn Benfica price…

Benfica star and Chelsea target Darwin Nunez will cost around €75-80million (£64-68m) in the summer – New owner Ted Boehly has been told

Romelu Lukaku has only started a handful of Premier League and European games since the beginning of February, increasingly finding himself part of the second string in west London, and looks like a player that wants to depart the club.

Now, reports have claimed that the incoming owners could decide to cut their loses in the transfer window and let the powerhouse depart the club, and a move back to Italian football could be on the cards.

And IcFootballnews has now learned that Chelsea will offer Darwin Nunez that massive five-year contract worth around £200,000-a-week to come to the Premier League and lead their attack

Nuñez has scored 34 goals in all competitions for Benfica this season, but More impressive is his impressive performances against the biggest clubs in the Champions League.

He is a well-rounded, dynamic striker with loads of potential, and at the tender age of 22, Nuñez has plenty of years ahead of him and is the hard-working, efficient player Thomas Tuchel likes.

Now, amid all the speculation that Chelsea are keen on a transfer deal – the incoming Blues board have been told that they will need to fork out £64-68 million to secure a deal for Nunez

Romano told the Wondergoal Podcast: “I’m really curious to see what happens with Darwin Nunez because I see him leaving Benfica this summer.

“I’m sure. It will depend on the price because, for example, in January on deadline day, West Ham made a proposal of €45m and it was turned down because Benfica wanted €55m.

“Now I think with €55m, you are absolutely not buying him. So, what is needed is around €75-80m for Darwin Nunez, to open negotiations with Benfica”
