Liverpool free sign Brazilian, Reds will let star leave, Liverpool notified move will be made for worldie

Here is a roundup of the top Liverpool news, gossip and transfer latest from icfootballnews that we think you guys could have missed…

Reporter Iomie Stanley has come out and encouraged CHELSEA to make a move for Liverpool goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher at the end of the season, amid reports that the Blues can sign the stopper for £35 million.

LIVERPOOL made the big decision in the summer to wrap up the signing of Mamardashvili amid all the speculation over the long-term future of Alisson, who has been linked with a move to Saudi Arabia for months.

According to The Sun, Liverpool are reluctant to sell Kelleher to a direct rival but would still likely accept an offer in the region of £35million.

Kelleher has made no secret of his desire to be the first-choice goalkeeper somewhere after spending the past five and a half seasons as a back-up option behind Alisson Becker.

It is no secret that CHELSEA are looking at adding a new stopper to the side in the upcoming transfer window, and now Stanley has opened up and shockingly claimed that the board should raid Liverpool for the 25-year old.

He was quoted: “What was really evident to me so far this season was that Chelsea’s No. 1 isn’t as good as Liverpool’s No. 2. Whenever I see Kelleher play, he looks top drawer.

‘Whenever Kelleher’s in goal and he’s played a lot in the last few months, he never looks out of place when he has to come in for Alisson and do a job.

‘Liverpool don’t look any weaker with him in goal and that is a massive compliment by the way. If you’re a Liverpool fan, I know you’ve got [Giorgi] Mamardashvili coming in, but you don’t want Kelleher to go either. He’s too good to be a No. 2.

‘Chelsea want a proven stopper that will increase in value in the coming seasons, Kelleher could be that man.’

Kelleher is a very decent stopper that wants to play and it is a shame that he does want to leave the club as he has been a decent servant for Liverpool – but now is the right time to depart.

But despite being urged by Cundy to make a move – we simply cannot see the stopper moving to CHELSEA .

RODRYGO CHANCE

There has been some fresh reports which will leave the likes of LIVERPOOL on full alert, as it has been claimed that Real Madrid are open to the idea of letting attacker Rodrygo leave the club in the coming transfer windows

Rodrygo joined Los Blancos from Santos in 2019, after Florentino Perez closed a deal worth $48.4 million (€45 million) for his services, and he has proven a success at the Bernabeu thus far, with integral roles played in two Champions League wins and three La Liga triumphs alongside compatriot Vinicius Jr.

But With Kylian Mbappe and Endrick’s arrivals to Carlo Ancelotti’s talented squad, Rodrygo will face more competition for minutes in the first XI and will reportedly seek a transfer to the Premier League if he loses prominence.

According to Fichajes with the situation that he may face with his role in the team, he is a player that could be sold in the coming transfer windows and the Spaniards would accept a bid of $161 million (€150 million) for Rodrygo and therefore more than treble its outlay on the talented forward.

Liverpool have been linked with a move for Rodrygo for the last few seasons, he is a player that they seemingly really like, but that massive asking price has been an issue for the Premier League giants that is for sure.

We dont know what will happen with the future of Rodrgyo, but he is a player that has quite a few years left in the game, he has won alot and would bring alot of quality to that Reds Attack.

LIVERPOOL may have to look and try to sign a player that will replace Mohamed Salah, could Rodrygo be the man to do that?

MADRID MAKES ALEXANDER-ARNOLD MOVE

Alexander-Arnold has been criticized for many of his defensive displays during his time at the club , but that doesnt hide the fact that he is still one of the very best players in his position.

The England star has been the subject of much speculation amid rumours of a new contract at Anfield and interest from Real Madrid, but it seems that the Reds have no desire to let the man leave in the next few transfer windows.

The Goal website has claimed that Alexander-Arnold is one of a number of players that Liverpool do not want to see leave the club and are feverishly trying to get him to sign a new contract.

Now, According to talkSPORT, Madrid have already informed the Reds of their intent to pursue Alexander-Arnold as a free agent. While the Spanish club are not legally required to declare their interest – since Alexander-Arnold will be eligible to sign a pre-contract agreement with foreign clubs in January – it is understood that they aim to handle the situation with respect to Liverpool.

However – amid the speculation – Michael Owen has warned Alexander-Arnold about a move to Madrid, He told The Telegraph: “The Trent situation is an interesting one… Trent has done everything for Liverpool.

‘He adores LIVERPOOL. If he goes, no one should begrudge him a different experience in his life and career.

‘Whatever happens he should be regarded as a hero.

‘Sadly, it does affect the way people view you. It will tarnish him in some eyes even though it shouldn’t.”
