Liverpool told ‘they will have to pay huge fee’ in order to sign £130M top target

Liverpool have been told they will have to pay a huge sum if they want to sign Jude Bellingham from Borussia Dortmund.

Bellingham is a player that is on the lips of every top-class manager – as it is widely expected that he will leave Dortmund and join one of the big clubs in the game.

Liverpool is a side that are very interested – Jurgen Klopp is a reported fan of the lad – and with the German eager to freshen up his squad – there is talk that a massive offer will be made.

As reported by the Daily Mail recently, Borussia Dortmund are interested in Liverpool’s midfield talent Tyler Morton – but when asked if Liverpool could use the lad as a tempter in a big to sign Bellingham – Paul Robinson claimed there is no chance.

“Borussia Dortmund will not be interested in any other than a huge financial package. Look at the Jadon Sancho deal for example.

“Bellingham will have an eye on the Premier League, I’m sure. He will want to play in England.

“Liverpool look like the frontrunners. If they want to get the deal done they are going to have to cough up a huge sum.

“Yes, they can offer Dortmund players like Tyler Morton but I cannot see that having any impact on the finances of the deal.

“Dortmund’s business model is reliant on getting top fees for their young talent. It will be no different with Bellingham.”

Dortmund, know they have a special player – they know that they can get some serious money for the lad, and they know that his asking price will go up while he performs at this World Cup.

Liverpool will have to break the bank to get a deal done for Bellingham – but if that reported takeover goes through – we could be seeing some top-class signings in the coming windows.

But Bellingham must be top of the list – he is the ideal man to replace Jordan Henderson
