Borussia Dortmund sends clear £100m Sancho transfer message to Liverpool and Manchester United

Manchester United and Liverpool transfer target Jadon Sancho will remain at Borussia Dortmund next season despite speculation linking him to a number of Europe’s top sides,

Sancho is now considered to be one of the most exciting talents in world football after a stunning season with Borussia Dortmund, in which the Englishman has netted nine goals, with the winger being involved in 22 goals for Dortmund this season.

United and Liverpool have been linked with a possible move for the winger as they seek to bolster their attacks, with reports suggesting that both are ready to splash the cash and spend upwards of £80 million to try and secure a transfer deal.

His impressive displays have also led to speculation that Sancho could leave Dortmund this summer, but Sporting Director Michael Zorc has dismissed those suggestions, insisting he will remain in Germany.

“Jadon will play for Borussia Dortmund next season and we are definitely planning with him,” Zorc told Sport Bild.

“I am far from putting a price tag on Jadon, but I maintain that his transfer would be hard to beat even for the biggest clubs in the world at the moment.”

Here is what we think on the gifted Sancho.

Both United and Liverpool are two of the biggest clubs in world football so having both eyeing up possible transfer deals will be a massive boost to the lads confidence. But it is best he stays put as he is developing very nicely at Dortmund and a move to the Premier League right now may ruin his top-class development.

He has the potential to be one of the best wingers in the game and is still young enough for both Liverpool and United to keep an eye and then make a move when he is more established in the game.
