Liverpool ready to pay £103m to sign target – Klopp can sign target for £10M – £25M man drops hint

Tielemans drops transfer hint – Klopp can sign Douglas Luiz for £10M – Bellingham claim made in Liverpool news of the day –

Liverpool are ‘willing to break their transfer record’ to land Borussia Dortmund star Jude Bellingham – Dean Jones has claimed

Bellingham was the subject of interest from Liverpool in the summer transfer window, but Dortmund made it clear they wouldn’t entertain any sale for one of their most impressive performers

However – it is widely believed that all the big clubs will be eyeing up a possible deal for Bellingham during the January window – rather than getting into a big time summer battle next summer

Now, if you believe the words of Dean Jones – LiverpoolFC are ready to break their club record in order to complete the signing of Bellingham in the coming transfer windows

What has been said?

Jones told GIVEMESPORT: “I think they would be willing to break their transfer record to sign Bellingham.

“That would only mean getting to about £80million, so it’s probably going to happen soon anyway given the way prices are.”

Former England international Own Hargreaves recently discussed why he is “one of a kind” as top European clubs will battle it out for the 19-year-old next summer.

“He can go wherever he wants,” said Hargreaves on BT Sport.

“You see now the young French boys they went to Real Madrid, that’s where everyone wants to go Real Madrid or Barcelona because everyone wants to play with attacking football. This kid is one of a kind.

“Everyone’s going to want him, Chelsea, Man United, Liverpool. He’s got to decide.

“To turn around a club like Manchester United and get them back to the top, I think he could carry that burden. I think the young man – he’s not a defensive midfielder [or] a 10, he’s just between in an eight.

“He’s smart, his weight of pass is good. His greatest attribute is his mentality, he loves football, he cares, got big shoulders, he’s the perfect midfield player.”

Tielemans drops hint –

Liverpool transfer target Youri Tielemans has dropped a stunning Leicester City hint

Since moving to Leicester in 2019 in a deal worth £40.5million, Tielemans has made 50 goal contributions in 166 games, helping the Foxes win the 2021 FA Cup and nearly qualify for the Champions League twice.

However – he was one of the most talked about players in the summer transfer window – with the likes of Liverpool and Arsenal reportedly interested in trying to get a transfer deal done – but he somehow stayed put

But Leicester are the only team in the league yet to win this campaign, and have been on the end of several heavy defeats, including 4-2 at Arsenal, 5-2 at Brighton and 6-2 at Tottenham just last Saturday

Yet Tielemans has claimed that he is happy to have stayed at the King Power and even hinted that he could yet sign a new deal with the club.

What has he said?

‘I’m not going to speak too much about my contract situation at the moment,’ the 25-year-old said at a Belgium press conference while on international duty.

‘My family is very happy there [in Leicester] and that’s important. I didn’t leave in the summer as I always said the project had to be the right one.

‘Just because things are getting worse now at Leicester doesn’t mean I should regret [staying].

‘Whether you are in your last contract year or not, it’s also not the case that I talk to the club every day about my extension or not. That’s work for my agent.

‘In the end I will decide. There was talk of different clubs, but I won’t go into that.’

Right now – Tielemans will be loyal to the club – especially as his words could make it even worse for Brendan Rodgers

If the right offer arrives in January and we fully expect him to leave the club then or at the end of the season – despite this latest hint

Luiz for bargain –

Frank McAvennie has suggested Liverpool target Douglas Luiz could leave Aston Villa for as little as £10million in January.

Jurgen Klopp got the full backing of that Liverpool board over the course of the transfer window and honestly – did not do the business that many had expected and wanted

And Jurgen Klopp knew that he needed to add some more meat to the squad on deadline day and made a move to try and sign Aston Villa star Luiz – who is regarded very highly in the Premier League

However – the move failed to materialise and, in the end, – Luiz stayed put – but McAvennie suggested that the impressive star could be free to leave Villa for just £10 million in the coming transfer window

“You’re only worth what people offer for you,” he told Football Insider.

“When people want you that’s when you’re worth money and you can bargain and get the money up. I don’t know him personally, what his temperament is like.

“I don’t know if he wants to stay or if he’s got ambitions to go then it doesn’t matter how much Aston Villa want to drop the price, if he doesn’t want to go until next year then he won’t go.

“If he wants to leave in January, Steven Gerrard will have to tell him they’re dropping the price to £10million or £15m and if he says yes he’ll leave and if he says no he’ll stay until the summer.

“I don’t think players need to money nowadays the way they used to. So Gerrard can talk to him and ask him if he wants to see out his contract or get a bit of money for the club.

“If he’s got any decency he’ll get some money for the club.“
