Now amid all the speculation – Gabby Agbonlahor has opened up and claimed that Liverpool may have to pay £200 million in a bid to sign the gifted midfielder.

“With the way Jude Bellingham played against Iran, he’s gone up by £30million or £40million easily,” Gabby Agbonlahor told Football Insider

“If he continues to play this way and Liverpool are talking £100million, you will actually be talking £200million.

“I feel Borussia Dortmund will be rubbing their hands together and thinking ‘We’re probably going to get the biggest transfer fee ever for Jude Bellingham’.

“He’s a star, he’s young, he’s aggressive, he can get in the box and score goals and he’s got legs. He’s a superstar.”

We have to remember that he is only 19-years of age and doesnt even have to leave Dortmund in the next couple of transfer windows.

But at the end of the day – he will not go for £200 million as we believe Dortmund would accept a fee around the £100 million mark maximum

Chelsea star Mason Mount will be at the top of Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp’s wishlist should – Paul Robinson has claimed.

Mount is currently at the World Cup with England – so is not worrying too much about his future or if he will decide to leave Chelsea.

However – there is a lot of speculation and rumours that the board cannot agree a deal with the Englishman as he is asking for too much money – more than what Chelsea are prepared to pay.

And it is believed that Liverpool are very much keeping an eye on the situation at Stamford Bridge as they prepare to fresh up their squad in the coming windows with a couple of top-class signings.

Now – Robinson has opened up and claimed that Mount will be at the top of Klopp’s Wishlist should he come onto the transfer market – he told Football Insider :

“I think Mount is capable of playing in a deeper midfield role.

“Liverpool are crying out for midfielders.

“A lot depends on whether a takeover happens. If the finances are available, I’m sure Mount would be at the top of Liverpool’s shopping list along with Jude Bellingham and Declan Rice.

“The midfield is where Liverpool have been really lacking this year. We know they have been susceptible defensively.

“I think a lot of that is down to the midfield. It is an area that should have been addressed 12 months ago.”

Mount is the type of player that any manager would love to have in their squad – he is hard-working – he is talented and he always leaves everything on that pitch – so of course Klopp would like to sign him.

However – Chelsea will not want to lose the lad and will surely come to some sort of agreement once the World Cup has finished and once things have settled down.

Sven-Goran Eriksson believes that Liverpool target Jude Bellingham has what it takes to surpass the likes of Frank Lampard and Paul Scholes.

Bellingham is a player that is on everyone’s lips right now after his impressive start to the new season has led to him putting on a man of the match performance in England’s opening win over Iran.

But the other reason why he is on the lips of everyone is because we are all talking about where he will end up when he leaves Borussia Dortmund at the end of the season.

It is believed that the German side are willing to cash in on the talented midfielder – and are open to doing a deal should his £130 million asking price be met by the likes of Liverpool, Chelsea, Man United, Real Madrid and PSG.

Now – amid all the speculation and the rumours – Eriksson has come out and claimed that Bellingham has the potential to be even better that Premier League legends Lampard and Scholes.

‘Everyone loves having a young player like Jude Bellingham in the team. He’s extremely difficult to take care of for the opponents,’ Eriksson told Midnite.

‘He reminds me of Frank Lampard and Paul Scholes because they had that gift as well. It’s difficult to mark him.

‘Who knows, maybe Jude can become better than Frank Lampard and Paul Scholes, but if he can be as good as them then he’ll be a very happy man.’

‘He’s brilliant already, but he’ll get better and better with age. He has everything.

“He can score goals, assist and he can defend. He’s a very complete footballer.

‘I think very soon he will be playing for one of the top clubs in England.

“It’s dangerous to put too much pressure on Bellingham but I really like him because he’s a very elegant player and he can do everything.’
