Here is a roundup of the top Liverpool news, gossip and transfer latest from icfootballnews that we think you guys could have missed today…
Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Georgiy Sudakov is attracting significant interest from Premier League clubs, with LIVERPOOL, Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal reportedly among the latest suitors, according to the Mirror.
A playmaker, Sudakov signed a new contract until 2028 which has a release clause of around £125million active from June but Shakhtar are expected to consider sensible offers for the 21-year-old.
Chelsea were understood to have held discussions with his representatives in recent transfer windows to ascertain the figures involved, but in the end, the Blues were unable to get a transfer deal done for the young man.
Now, LIVERPOOL are the latest club to join the chase in order to get the attacker signed up, and his agent has opened up and revealed that Sudakov is open to offers into leaving Shakhtar – His agent, Vadim Shabliy: “Shakhtar and the player are open to offers. And that means there is a high probability that we will soon be able to see Georgiy in the top leagues.”
Sudakov is close friends with Chelsea winger Mykhailo Mudryk and has joked that his former teammate is missing him in London.
Mudryk has struggled to adjust to life in the capital since his own £62m transfer from Shakhtar last summer and remains in regular contact with Sudakov often advising him to make the switch to England.

Sudakov much have seen how Mudryk has made the move to the Premier League and been unable to make the impact that many had hoped for, he needs to be careful about what club he joins.
Liverpool would be a great move for the player to make, but he may not be able to handle the pressure of playing for the Reds right now
STICK SALAH SITUATION]
Egyptian star Mohamed Salah has been told he could be putting Liverpool in “an impossible situation” over his new contract demands, by Alan Shearer.
Salah has 15 goals in all competitions this season and is looking like the man most likely to win that Premier League golden boot, which has been picke dup by Erling Haaland in recent seasons.
But there is still alot of speculation regarding the future of the attacker as clubs will be able to agree terms with the Egyptian for an end-of-season move in January, something that LIVERPOOL fans do not want to see happen.
Shearer says the contract impasse is not as simple as it might appear from the outside, believing any increase on the Liverpool star’s bottom line may lead to further issues down the line at Anfield.
“When I hear people say just give him what he wants, in terms of the Salah situation, you can’t just give a player what he wants,” Shearer told BBC Radio 5Live.
“One, you don’t know what he’s asking for, because he might put the club in an impossible situation if you give him what he wants, then someone else wants to know what he’s being paid.
“Then the next big hitter that comes in will want and demand what he’s being paid. There has to be a balance to something.
“We don’t know what goal bonus Salah is on, so it’s a very complicated situation when you’re talking about contracts for players who are in their 30s, but have been a huge part of the football club.”

This is so strange to see that Salah does not yet have the contract that he desires, the man is one of the best in the world. Nobody can predict how this will all play out, but at the end of the day, he would be a player that LIVERPOOL would miss.
LIVERPOOL WANTS ROBERTSON REPLACEMENT
LIVERPOOL will reportedly raid the transfer market once the window opens in January as they are reportedly looking to sign a left-back who would be a long-term replacement for star defender Andy Robertson, according to Caughtoffside.
Robertson, who joined the Reds from Hull City in 2017 and was an integral part of the squad that won multiple trophies under Jurgen Klopp, has a contract at Anfield until 2026, but the club are preparing for his potential exit from Merseyside.
The Merseyside club have added a few names to their shortlist which includes Fulham’s Antonee Robinson and Bournemouth’s Milos Kerkez, and Alphonso Davies, with the Bayern Munich star a player that they could sign for free at the end of the season.
Alphonso Davies is a player that has the ability to play in a number of positions, and has been on the radar of the Premier League for quite a few seasons, but clubs have never been able to get a transfer deal done.
However Davies is open to leaving Bayern Munich at the end of the season as his current deal with the Bundesliga giants is running out, and Bayern are open to letting him leave the club as they dont want to pay his massive wage demands.
And according to the latest reports, Real Madrid will be able to hold talks with Davies in the January window in hope that they come to an agreement on whether or not he signs at the end of the season
The news comes after Liverpool were recently urged to sign Davies by pundit Danny Murphy, Speaking to BetBrain, ex-Liverpool midfielder said: “Considering what Andy Robertson has done for LIVERPOOL and the level of performances he’s delivered over the years, he’s now in the conversation when people talk about the best left-backs Liverpool have ever had.
‘There’s been some incredible left-backs in some unbelievable Liverpool teams, so let’s praise him for what he’s done in his career – he’s a winner and a phenomenal player.
“However, I don’t think Konstantinos Tsimikas is ever going to replace Robertson or play instead of him on a consistent basis, so I think Robertson and Liverpool would benefit from him having real competition at left-back and for Arne Slot to look long-term at the position.”
“There’d be plenty of competition, but Alphonso Davies is out of contract at Bayern Munich in the summer.
‘If you’re looking for a left-back that ticks every box in terms of one-on-one defending, threat going forward, pace and physicality, he would be the obvious choice for Liverpool.”
