Liverpool told ‘to do all they can’ to make sure £350k-a-week star is a Red this summer
Gabby Agbonlahor has insisted Liverpool should “do everything” to keep Mohamed Salah at the club
Salah has been one of the best attacking midfielders in world football for Liverpool over the past few seasons and a man they can really rely on when it comes to scoring goals.
Salah notched 30 goals and 16 assists in 51 appearances across all competitions last term for Liverpool – but became disappointed after the Reds missed out on Champions League football.
Salah signed a new Liverpool contract just last summer (2022), keeping him at the club until June 2025 and netting him a reported wage of £350,000-a-week, but there has been some talk that he may be interested in a move to Saudi Arabia.
However – amid all the speculation – Liverpool have been told to do all they can to keep hold of the midfielder – Agbonlahor told Football Insider: “He’s unsellable.
“Liverpool should do everything to keep him, no matter how huge the Saudi Arabia offer is.
“Without him they won’t be anywhere near the top six., 100%.
“He’s their talisman – he’s 20 goals a season guaranteed. And you can see that he’s still razor sharp.
“He’s still got the pace, he’s still hungry.
“I see Salah playing in Saudi but not for at least two more years, when his contract finishes.”

Salah is tied down to a massive contract at Liverpool – so the Reds do not have to sell the man if they do not want – so we fully expect him to be at Anfield by the close of the summer window.
