Liverpool WANTS £100M German – Liverpool in talks over FREE French signing – Slot told £65M to sign defender

The likes of Liverpool have been told how much they would have to splash for Crystal Palace star Marc Guehi.

Despite all the focus on the Euros right now – there is still alot of speculation surrounding the players that Arne Slot will look to sign during the summer, especially as the new LIVERPOOL boss needs to stay in his job for more than one season

That has led to some rumours in the media which have claimed that Liverpool and Tottenham are both ready to battle it out for the signature of Guehi – who has been impressing at Palace this season, and has been impressing for England at the Euros.

And adding a new defender to the squad is high up on things to do in the transfer window as Liverpool knows that he needs to replace Joel Matip after the big defender decided to leave the club once his contract ends at the end of the month.

According to The Telegraph, Palace would demand at least £65million with Guehi’s contract up in 2026.

LIVERPOOL MAKE RABIOT CONTACT – 

Liverpool have made contact with former Manchester United transfer target Adrien Rabiot, according to the Sunday Mirror.

Man United have really struggled under boss Erik Ten Hag this season with too many of the clubs world class players going missing on a weeky basis and not putting in the kind of performances the Dutch boss needs.

It is widely expected that MAN UNITED will look to sign some new players at the end of the season and add some more quality, experience and winning mentality to the side as they seek to get back into the habit of challenging for that Champions League spot.

Rabiot has been a player that Man United have been linked with for the last few transfer windows – he is a player that is proven at the very highest level of the game and is a player that would bring quality to that United midfield.

The France midfielder – who is currently playing at Euro 2024 – was close to joining United in 2022 but could become Arne Slot’s first signing at Anfield as the Daily Mirror have claimed that LIVERPOOL have now contacted the Frenchman’s camp about a possible move.

Mohammed Salah is a man that has been linked with a sensational move away from Anfield at the end of the season, meaning that Liverpool may need an immediate replacement for the star, if he actually decides to leave or the club decide to sell.

Musiala is one of the most dynamic, exciting and talented players in world football and a man that Bayern believe can get them back into the habit of winning that Champions League title.

As much as we would love to see Musiala in the Premier League, and as much as LIVERPOOL would love to have him, we cannot see him leaving Bayern anytime soon guys that is for sure.

This is just a ploy to try and get the new contract that he desires and as we said – it would be a shock to see him leave the club in the summer and it would be a shock to see him make the move to Liverpool as he is happy where he is.
