£300k-a-week star tipped to bang in the goals when he arrives at Chelsea in summer!

Romelu Lukaku has been backed to succeed at CHELSEA next season as long as he keeps fit.

The Belgium international striker scored just eight Premier League goals last season and the decision was made last summer window to send him back to Italian football with Inter.

Big things were expected of the Belgian star when he made the move back to the club – but he has only managed three goals in 14 appearances for the giants – and looks nothing like the man that was banging in goals on a weekly basis before his move to Stamford Bridge

Inter have lingering concerns over Lukaku’s lack of fitness – with CEO Giuseppe Marotta recently revealing that the Belgian was ‘carrying 103kg on his shoulders’ – and is still not 100 per cent match fit.

But despite his lack of goals this season, former striker Clinton Morrison has backed Lukaku to impress when he returns to Stamford Bridge in the summer.

‘Romelu Lukaku has gone on loan and there is talk of him coming back,’ Morrison told Sky Sports. ‘Can he be that focal point?

‘If you’ve got Romelu Lukaku fit, with the players they have brought in who can go and create stuff, he should be able to score goals in that team.

‘That’s one to watch. If they get Romelu Lukaku back, he will score goals in that Chelsea team for sure.’

Look, Lukaku has all the ability and attributes to be one of the best strikers in the game – and for a short time at Inter – he was that. But his time at CHELSEA is done and Chelsea should cash in, get as much money as they can and they buy an adequate replacement.

He would be a waste of a squad number if they were to keep him – he proved that last season, and has proved it this year with his three goals.
