£300,000-a-week powerhouse OFFICIALLY reveals why he has completed Chelsea transfer deal
Romelu Lukaku has revealed why he chose to leave Chelsea this summer window and make the move back to Italian football
Lukaku was brought back to Chelsea just last summer in hope that he would score the goals that would help the club challenge for that Premier League title
But despite all the hype – despite the fact he is one of the best in world football – he just looked like a player that was never happy in his surroundings and turned out to be a massive flop back at the club
Chelsea made the decision to allow him to leave the club this summer – and the powerhouse made sure that a move back to Italian football with Inter Milan was the one that he was going to make
And now he has opened up and revealed why he decided to leave the club – He said, via Calciomercato: ” In March, when I learned there was an opportunity to come back here, I didn’t say anything, but towards the end of the season we did a great job with the club and I was able to come back here.”
“I only reflect at the end of the season, so after the last game I started to think about my situation alone.
“I saw that as a player with Inter I did well, the season at Chelsea was difficult for me.
“I had no doubts, that’s why I made the decision to come back here.”

Chelsea really believed that bringing back Lukaku to the club would reall see more goals getting scored and more trophies getting won – but his time there just showed that he is not good enough for the Premier League
Italian football suits him really well and he will probably get back to the striker that was banging in goals on a weekly basis – it is a good move for the player to make
Chelsea now need to make sure that they buy the right players over the next few weeks and try to sign another striker that has the ability to score 20-30 goals a season
