£150k-a-week Prem star would be good signing for Chelsea as summer exit to happen!
Dwight Yorke has claimed that Manchester United defender Harry Maguire could be a good signing for Chelsea.
CHELSEA lost Thiago Silva this summer after he decided to leave the club – so they are missing that experienced defender at the back that can fill the void that has been left by Thiago Silva.
Maguire has endured a mixed spell at Manchester United, making more than 200 appearances for the club but attracting criticism for his defending and losing the captaincy this time last year, which has led to reports he could be leaving
And Yorke has opened up and claimed that he is still good enough to play at the highest level – if Chelsea want to take a risk on the Englishman – Yorke told BoyleSports, who offer the latest Premier League betting:
‘He can clearly still play at the level and a fresh start might just give him that injection to really perform again for another year or two at that top level. So you never know.
‘I played until I was 36 so I’m never going to write someone off if they’re still in their early 30s. He’s still got the attributes to do that.
‘I think players do improve if the team is doing well and winning football matches, football becomes very easy to play. Football is only difficult when things are not going particularly well and then you realise who is really good and who isn’t.
‘With Thiago Silva leaving CHELSEA, there’s a gap there for an experienced player like Maguire to move into.’

Maguire has done nothing wrong over the past few seasons – his level is just dropping and that is why he will probably get sold by Manchester United this summer window. But we cant see him moving to CHELSEA.
The Blues will only buy young stars – Maguire is far too old for the clubs plans right now
