Ceballos announces Bale ‘to set Premier League alight’ ahead of possible Manchester United move

Dani Ceballos reckons his Real Madrid team-mate and Manchester United target Gareth Bale will set the Premier League on fire if he returns to England.

Despite the fact that Bale has helped Madrid won numerous trophies, has managed to score at least 20-goals a season and is one of the biggest players at the club, fans have never taken to him at the club and he has been constantly linked with a move away.

That has led to alot, and we mean ALOT, of speculation in the media which has constantly suggested that he could make the move back to the Premier League, with the likes of United, Chelsea and even former club Tottenham all linked with a potential swoop.

And although a deal never materialised, it is now claimed that he will be leaving the club at the end of the season, and the on-loan Arsenal midfielder is convinced the Welshman – a target for Manchester United – is better suited to the Premier League rather than life in LaLiga.

He told Spanish newspaper Marca: “The Premier League is a league that suits him quite well, but he’s an important player for Real Madrid.

“Let’s not forget everything he has given the club.

“Whoever does not trust him has to put on the Champions League finals.

“He has given enough to the club.”

Yes Bale is not the same player that he once was and is coming towards the back-end of his career, but for the right price, surely fans would like to see him arrive?

Manchester United are seriously lacking in world class players and unless they start making moves to sign players like Bale when they come onto the market, they will never be able to compete for the big titles.

They have a decent squad for a top four challenge, but can this side really compete for that Premier League title?

Bale would be a great signing..end of!
