Manchester United ‘have mostly agreed’ personal terms to bring £77 million star to Old Trafford

Manchester United have ‘mostly agreed’ personal terms with Jadon Sancho, according to reports.

Sancho is one of the very best wingers win world football and has been heavily tipped to become one of the top five players in world football, especially if he makes the right decisions in the game.

United have been linked with a move for Sancho for more than 2 years now, and there was alot of speculation in the media that they were keen to get a deal done last summer, but they couldnt agree a fee with Dortmund.

However, Sport1 in Germany reckon the Bundesliga side have dropped their demands and an accepted bid will open the door for negotiations to be completed

And the player’s representatives are ‘expecting’ a £77million transfer to get over the line this summer.

The report does add, though, that a formal transfer bid is yet to be lodged by the Old Trafford club, but It is claims United are prioritising signing Sancho over Erling Haaland or Harry Kane this year.

And Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc admitted the club will not stand in Sancho’s way if a suitable offer comes in after playing hard ball a year ago to get another season out of the Englishman.

Zord said: “We already had a gentlemen’s agreement with Jadon last year that he can switch under certain conditions.

“He’s been with us for a couple of years. However, this agreement does not exist with Erling.”

Sancho could succeed at United if he became fit, regained his form and didn’t let his ego get in the way of team ethic. I am not yet convinced he can. Buy Haarland and let James/Greenwood handle the right wing slot would be my approach.
