TARGET CONFIRMS SUMMER EXIT

Manchester United and Juventus have bee given the green light to sign Xaver Schlager, after it was revealed that he has decided he will leave RB Leipzig in a free transfer this summer.

The 28-year-old has made a total of 97 appearances for Leipzig so far, scoring four goals and providing nine assists and has been linked with a shock move to Juventus and Manchester United in recent months.

Now the German side have confirmed that he will not extend his contract with the club and are already looking for a new midfielder to replace him, Skyreports, with Rocco Reitz of Borussia Monchengladbach their top candidate and Celtic’s Arne Engels also on their list.
