Sorry Liverpool as Man United looking to sign unhappy £60 million rated Chelsea star Hudson-Odoi

Reports have claimed Manchester United are lining up an ambitious summer move for Chelsea star and Liverpool target Callum Hudson-Odoi.

Regarded as one of the finest talents to come out of England in a good few years, Hudson-Odoi has been heavily linked with a move away from Chelsea for a while now as he is rejecting the advances of the hierarchy to sign a new contract with the club.

That led to a lot of speculation that both Bayern Munich and Liverpool were ready to try and snatch him up at the end of the season, wit reports both were ready to splash close to £60 million on trying to secure a deal.

But now reports on the Mail on Sunday have claimed that United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has joined in the chase for Hudson-Odoi, as the Red Devils boss is keen to find an immediate replacement for the very unimpressive Alexis Sanchez.

Sanchez arrived at Old Trafford just over 12 months ago and was supposed to be the signing for Jose Mourinho which would push the club on and help the special one challenge for the Premier League title, but for many different reasons the Chilean has failed to rediscover the form which made him one of the most dangerous players in the English game.

Could United seriously sign Hudson-Odoi?

The young Englishman seemingly has no interest in signing a new deal with Chelsea as he firmly believes that he will not be given the kind of game time that he needs to develop, and it is easy to see just why a number of top clubs are lining up a big money move.

However, he is seemingly interested in a move to Bayern Munich and would prefer to follow good friend Jadon Sancho to the Bundesliga after seeking the Borussia Dortmund star become one of the most creative players in Europe right now.

United are an attractive option for Hudson-odoi, but Chelsea would not want to sell to a close rival.
