Mane opens up and sends Premier League message to Liverpool’s rivals

Liverpool star Sadio Mane has warned the Prrmier League title chasers that Liverpool will not ‘choke’ this season.

Liverpool have been made clear favourites to win the Premier League this season after a great start, they retain a nice four-point lead over closest rivals Manchester City, who managed to end the reds unbeaten start to the season.

Jurgen Klopp has made no secret that winning the club’s first top-flight title in 29-years is his priority, as this squad represents the ebst opportunity to win the league since 2013-14.

And Mane has insisted that the current side would go one better than Brendan Rodgers’ team managed, as they will not choke in the title race.

‘This is not a team of chokers. I am sure we will be champions of England,’ Mane was quoted on the Metro website.

‘When I wake up, I don’t go to the training ground thinking we will not win. We are determined to show we are the best team in the league.

Can Liverpool win the Premier League this season?

Mane forms part of an attack that could defibately lead Liverpool to their first Premier League title in 29-years and if they can keep up the good football and confidence, then their rivals will have to dig deep to keep the title away from Liverpool.

But with Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea all keeping within striking distance of the title, Liverpool will need to keep it at 100 per cent on a weekly basis as any slip up could cost them the title come the end of the season.
