£100M Man United target announces ‘he is one of the best’ in the world

Man United transfer target and Inter Milan star Lautaro Martinez has claimed that he is one of the best strikers in world football.

Right now man United fans are buzzing after the club stunned Premier League champions Man City in that FA Cup final when they walked away with a shock 2-1 over their city rivals.

However – there is alot of speculation in the media that Erik Ten Hag will get the sack, that a new manager will get brought in, that a number of stars will get sold and a number of players will get signed.

Lautaro Martinez is a player that Manchester United have been linked with for many transfer windows and it is widely expected that the Red Devils will go back in to try and sign the world cup winner at some point.

Martinez believes he’s one of the best strikers in the world alongside Kylian Mbappe, Erling Haaland, Harry Kane and Robert Lewandowski.

In an interview with Italian publication La Gazzetta dello Sport, Martinez said: “I have nothing to be jealous of them, the numbers and the trophies say so.

‘Some of them have won less than me. I have to keep working responsibly as my father taught me, but I can be at the same level as all these great players.”

Martinez is one of the best strikers in the game – and the confidence that he shows would be a great asset to that Man United side as alot of their stars are lacking in confidence.

We do not know if Manchester United will make a move for the striker this summer – but he is certainly someone that could make a massive impact at Old Trafford if he does get signed.
