World class Duo ‘to help Chelsea win alot more things’ after summer arrivals – says Mount

Mason Mount has admitted that the signings of Kalidou Koulibaly and Raheem Sterling will improve this current Chelsea side

Over the past few weeks – Thomas Tuchel has been managing to complete a few signings that will improve key areas of the pitch – and Koulibaly and Sterling are two of the biggest signings so far

Both are world class – both are proven at the very highest level, and both are the type of players that could walk into most squads in world football – and both were brought for a bargain

And after seeing the new pair arrive this summer – Mount has no doubt the new duo will significantly strengthen our side in the years ahead – He told the club website: ‘Kalidou has been brilliant. He is a top, top guy. I didn’t know him too well before coming to Chelsea, but I had seen him play a lot.

“He’s definitely going to thrive at Chelsea and working with us. He’s going to bring a lot to our team so it’s a very good signing.

‘Raz has settled straight in,’ continued Mount, discussing his England team-mate.

‘He’s brilliant. It’s so exciting to have him within the team and what he has achieved so far in his career.

‘He’s world-class so hopefully that continues, and we’ll be working together for the next years and trying to win a lot more things.’
