Moyes addresses rumours he is close to getting West Ham sack
West Ham boss David Moyes has underlined the show of support in him from the club’s co-owners David Sullivan and David Gold
Although The Scot celebrated three years in charge in his second spell with the club on Thursday – there is alot of rumours about his future
Unless West Ham come out of a run of fixtures against the Leeds, Wolves and Everton with some much-needed points, Moyes’ chances of making it to four years will look very slim and there have been questions about his long-term future at the club.
However – despite all the speculation – David Moyes has underlined the show of support in him from the club’s co-owners David Sullivan and David Gold following a run of five straight Premier League defeats.
Speaking at his press conference today, Moyes said: “The board have been right behind me, which is really good. They’ve been very supportive and backing me.
“I think West Ham supporters have been incredibly supportive. They’ve seen what’s gone on here the last three years and they’re desperate for us to do well.”

The Hammets heavily invested in the squad over the summer and many had big hopes for the club this season – but they have been so poor and Moyes needs to do something about it.
He is surely only a couple of games away from getting the sack – and although he may be missed – the players seemingly do not wish to give everything for him at the moment.
The next few games will determine his future – signings may not be enough to save him
